The food was good. I suggest to improve the ambience by adding gentle house music to make it a little cozy or romantic. Also the liempo, I suggest to seperate the sauce and just put in the liempo as is after grilling or cooking in the sizzling plate, just put the sauce on the side, this gives the customer a choice if he wantsto dip or or not. Lso if only possible, serve liempo with less fat but not totally missing, it still adds to the flavor. The lechon kawali was heavenly. Right crunchiness. The chopseuy serving was really big so good on that. I suggest to lessen the butter just a bit on the chopseuy, add salt or any flavoring that would highlight the seafood taste or the vegetables taste. Overall, was satisfied with the servings.
