Poooooor Service. Too many tellers and only 2 counters open to serve... it will take 1 hour to serve 10 customers!

The service is poor. Only two tellers are functioning given the huge volume of clients and the bank is about to close already yet they were not able to manage the existing clients. The branch manager is just complacent and “dedma “ on the situation. BPI area head should do something about it. This is unacceptable.

Poor and very slow service ... take a number for 30mins ... not so tall sitting here..but for a few hours we watched .. seriously .. I entered the bank 9:45 am 12noon i'm not done yet .. here i'm .. i'm fine yet another bank continues to flow the flow .. oh my ..
