You don't have a choice which departure time you'll go. They have color coded+numbered stub just to buy the bus tickets. If one missed their stubs, all others will suffer the wait as they will still recall 50 numbers prior before proceeding to the next current number.

some of the bus have unfunctional seat adjustment and the odor inside the bus is not good.

DO NOT USE the white minivans beside the terminal. They break down, it's extremely uncomfortable, and they avoid the expressway adding hours to the journey time to Manila...

Plate number 82798 bus condoctor is disrespectful and ungentleman..I asked for a minute to sit in his sit but he refused I asked for a favor since he will still charge for the payment of the passengers but he strongly refused....according to him il just stand and wait to the other site to be vacated since he will still sit...it will b just from San Fernando terminal to San Fernando City plaza..

It has very few seats, and the heat of the town WILL get to you - there's no air conditioning. However, its buses are decent enough to warrant the wait.
