Food were grilled while you wait service was good and the prices are great

Please improve your service. Provide at least info if the food needs to be cooked. Dont make people wait for orders that arent ready. Inform ahead of time so people can change orders. Your staff didn't apologize. Shame.

Went for drive thru at 5am in the morning, I ordered coffee and a regular yum. When i took a bite of the yum, the patty wasnt even hot, hell it wasnt even warm. And it was really rubbery and dry. Kilabban joe

Some of the female staff who answer the phone to receive delivery orders would end up forgetting about the caller and start gossiping among each other. This happened twice already! So careless, inconsiderate, and incompetent!!

The crews are polite and guard on duty as well.
