The place is nice and elegant. They have separate bar and restaurant buildings. Food is a bit pricey but worth it.

I am on an extended holiday in the Philippines and whilst I love the diverse cuisine of these beautiful islands. I had a craving for a steak with chips. We stumbled across this hotel restaurant by accident but a quick scan of the menu revealed 3 steak options. A reservation was made for a few hours later and we duly attended and selected our meals and were seated in the reception area of the hotel. Once the meals were ready we were shown through to the dining area. We were the only patrons there and after our water glasses were filled and meals delivered. The staff disappeared as well. So no wine list or drinks offered. Nobody came to check on our meal and nobody arrived to tempt us with a creamy dessert at the end. When we finished we had ask the hotel receptionist for our bill. But perhaps worst of all the medium rib eye I had was struggling to be average. A good steak would've made up for the minimalist service. Suffice to say I will not be giving this establishment my patronage again.

It's a good solemn place. There's a bit of exclusivity. Overlooking Paoay lake some of its part.
