every time we order there for take out it is always incomplete. and some products are unavailable. it is better to buy from another branch or fastfood stores

Slow service but helpful for us students especially the coffee drinks

We were at Batac for a 5-day sports meet. Compared to other fast food chains in the area, I think this place is still the best, however I've been to other fast food chains so I know this store can still improve like they can still try to serve food faster and utilize the number system efficiently like I ordered two coffees and the crew said I wait. While we ate, I noticed two coffees on the counter and as they were not yet serving it nor delivering it, I went to ask if those were our order, I was right. They have great coffee though, I think its locally sourced coffee.
