C R L - Crops Research Laboratory

The building itself is typical of the Mariano Marcos State University architecture with modern facilities. The Crops Research Laboratory (CRL) is host to a few other offices quite notably the secretariat office of the Ilocos Agriculture, Aquatic Resources Research and Development Consortium. The building does not have centralized wifi but each office/section maintains its own broadband subscription. Wifi is mediocre though you'll get by with 4G connection with Globe. Comfort rooms are dated but definitely clean with strong water supply. Some offices though would be better off with improved LED lighting.
