This pizza place is okay but it could surely give a better customer experience if it doesn't want to lose customer loyalty. For the time being, since there's not much pizza places in Baybay (big, established brands), it is enjoying consistent customer visits--but in the near future if it wouldn't upgrade its services then surely it will go down. Like the most recent bad experience that I got with them is when I and my co-teachers went there to order shakes and pizza but the crew getting our orders told us to limit our shake orders into one flavor even when they have 2 (or more) flavors available just because there are only two of them serving. Whew! But we just cooperated with her since we were too tired to transfer to another food place.
