I was a fan of andoks during the early years of its establishment but when I visited the place lately I got shocked, the place is so dirty especially the comfort room. Condiments are not anymore sterilized. Ordered meals take hours before they are served on your table. Personnel's uniform are not washed they looked dirty. Over all impression--- the place is deteriorating in terms of cleanliness and efficiency.
