One of the assistants, who was CLEARLY not qualified or trained in any way to work there, tormented my already-stressed-out kitten by making hissing sounds at her repeatedly until she hissed at him (something she never does unless provoked.) Veterinary clinics are supposed to be a safe space for animals, operated by people with empathy for helpless creatures.
