Ordered online and was very happy with the quality of the flowers that were delivered. I’m a repeat customer and this business has been my go to place for ordering online when I need flowers. Very reliable service. I hope they can improve on their online ordering service by providing the customer with an option to select the date and preferred time for a delivery instead of requiring a separate email for this. They could have their system “blackout” dates/time that are no longer available

I was looking online for a flower shop that sells roses to give as a birthday gift for my mom. Previously I had a go-to flower arranger, and as I was canvassing, Island Rose was my top pick. Navigating through the website was easy except that my choice was not on the list. So I sent a message in IG to assist me. It seems that weekends are off for them as nobody replied to me Saturday and Sunday. I didn't mind though as the delivery date was the Thursday after that weekend. Somebody replied to me Monday and even gave me a call to assist. I immediately ordered and paid via Gcash, no sweat! Am a bit particular in terms of delivery time so two days prior to the delivery date, I emailed Island Rose. They said they would inform their courier but it isnt a guarantee. On the delivery date, I checked with Island Rose and they gave me a tracking site. It said 11 to 5pm. I waited and it arrived a little past 12nn. My mom was so surprised and happy. She was impressed as the long-stemmed roses were packaged in a box with plastic handle. And the box is very sturdy. I am very satisfied with the service! Will unhesitatingly order again in the future😊 Highly recommended!! Two thumbs up!!

Ordered online for my Mom's 86th birthday. It made her quarantine birthday extra special since not all of us will be able visit and celebrate with her given the community quarantine. Amazing service and really fast response!! Ordered last night and flowers came the next day because they were worried that it might get delayed due to the restrictions in Manila right now.
