Luxor Resort and Restaurant

I stayed there for a night. The place is great. Wonderful sunset view. The place is close to the airport, so flying drones will not be possible. There was a power interruption at the middle of the night during my visit, they turned on the generators afterwards. The rooms are nice and clean.

Previously my wife ordered seafood stew and as she was eating she saw a big fly dead in the bottom of her soup bowl. Manager irrelevanly informed us the fly got in while the food was on our table not from the kitchen. Owner did not respond to my complaint. Gave a second chance Yesterday and ordered fried chicken but it was stale and burned and looked like it had been re-fried a couple of times before, server indignantly informed me that it was supposed to be cooked that way, as if I was not a foodie and hospitality expert, and after he removed the plate he said that there was no more chicken available for cooking to replace my order. While staff is friendly they act as though they are doing the customer a favor by serving them. I will not be going there anymore and will never recommend them to anyone.

Very good place to relax and all staff is very accumudating at friendly.

Luxor resort is a quiet boutique resort that sits on a good sized area with its own access to the beach. Rooms are actually individual cabanas with en suite bathrooms which give total privacy to its guests. Food here is really good and tasty, always having the perfect seasoning and texture. The staff here is efficient, gracious and presentable, always ready to provide the needs of guests. Rooms are big and spacious, bathrooms are a good size too. Bedding and towels are changed frequently, toiletries replenished. Rooms, bathrooms and the main hall are all clean and gives an air of hominess. This was how we felt and how the staff, including the report owner, made us feel in the week we stayed over. We had a pleasant star at the Luxor and would definitely book there again in our future trips to Marinduque.

It is a lovely place to stay. Rooms are well kept, clean and spacious. Price is very fair and affordable. It has basic toiletries including toothbrush and toothpaste. The landscaping though was not well maintained. The beach is just an ordinary beach. Not really that spectacular but well kept and clean. I would definitely recommend this place
