The waiting line to deposit or to withdraw is way too long. My wife and I had to wait 25 min. And, to make matters worse, there is no AC. The bank makes enough money from us customers to have a better AC system in place. As customers we should be treated with more kindness and consideration. After, aren't we business partners? My suggestion: improve your AC system; be courteous to customers; and increase the number of tellers.
