With the situation of Covid 19 the personnel at this bank are doing a great job. There are wait times but all in all it's still very professional

I have been in this bank for 1 hour just trying to deposit a check and it looks like there are 7 people in the bank and only 2 tellers working. It is not even a very busy place but it looks that my agony of waiting will continue as this teller is taking one hour per person.

I went here to update my phone details for my OTP. The guard assisted me to get my number (no electronic queueing but efficient nontheless) and when it was my turn, the staff was helpful and my query was resolved.
