Office hours is 8am - 5pm but they don't serve people at 8am, pilipino time it is

The city hall is a simple but historic edifice, the main door is a delicately hand carved and showing the history of san fernando. Accross the road just in front and a few steps away is the Metropolitan Cathedral of Saint Ferdinand and to her left is the old historic Baluyot bridge.
