The location is good and beneficial for the commuters but if your room is near the main road then it is not peaceful to sleep. The internet speed is around 2-5mbps. It is only good for a short stay.

7/10 Very accessible since it's just a minute walk to SM Pampanga. They don't provide anything like soap, tissue, or shampoo. The shower is also broken. Overall, I had a nice sleep. Note: The aircon is place outside which means they only have exhaust fan to cool your room. Also, you can loudly hear footsteps outside.

I cant believe people actually rate this place as 5 or 4 star, and call it clean, only someone with low standards can see it that way. I'm glad that there are people who see this place for what it really is. The only benefit to this place is that it is close to SM Pampanga, aside from that, it is disgusting, broken down, has bad service, there are cockroaches in the rooms, water fluctuates from the shower, there is dried up blood on the bedsheets, the place is not secure; and there are insects of the woodland variety that make it into the rooms. No one should even be able to stay at this place. Don't get me wrong, I know it's a budget hotel, but Ive seen many budget hotels, and all of them were way better compared to this place. If it weren't for my company booking me here I wpuld never stay here, and next time I would check myself in another hotel at my own expense, because I dare not stay here.
