Average tasting chicken. Staffs are friendly and accomodating.

We love eating at Kenny's but this branch disappointed us today. There is only one cashier open so the line became long. Taking orders is too long. 25mins for the chicken. We're only hungry and craving for kennys chicken that's why we insisted to wait. The carbonara isn't delicious. There is no gravy when they served the order and we just get it on the counter. The corn and carrot is very salty and the sour cream potato isn't the usual taste. The potatoes are like rotten inside, they tasted like they are expired or something. Wish we just ate on other branch (SM Pampanga).

Accommodating staffs, can cater large take out order even during lunch time, you just have to wait for about 30mins for preparation.

If only I can give a ZERO.. Insects on our food today and so many cockroaches roaming around, what a bad experience!!! This branch isn't recommended, spare yourselves!
