Your staff and security guards are very indiscreet when they check out customers. Just yesterday, my mom felt very disrespected by your security guard at your SM City Pampanga branch who looked very suspiciously at her and the takeout food she was carrying. My sister and I experienced the same disrespect on several occasions at your Megamall and BGC High Street branches. Your staff don't seem to know what common courtesy means. If you continue to allow your staff to be disrespectful to your customers, one of these days a competitor will come along and you will lose all your customers. As for me, I will no longer visit any of your stores and will just order products directly from reputable health stores in the US. I hope your company loses all its customers and be forced to close down.
