The place is fine. It has a lot of potential. Not well maintained. I was hoping to see the orchids and fruits but... Hoping that the place would be better in the future.

The pool is well maintained but you can only swim and enjoy until 4pm. The park was not maintained well at all. There's a lot of mosquitoes everywhere so it's wise to bring a mosquito repellent for your safety.

'Land of Promise' in bold letters is unmistakably GAP Farm now as it was a few decades back. In the past, it served to be one of the city's go-to inland picnic resorts. This landmark definitely needs a serious face-lift.

I love the place. It's peaceful and they have swimming pool. Good for picnic and family bonding.

The area is great except some of the guests are stubborn and gets mad if you follow the proper social distancing and protocol.
