Crowded and with sort of unaccommodating staff. Try the Paseo branch instead because you won't hear them shouting at customers. Prepare to queue for hours to bank in this branch. It closes exactly 4:30PM so like most other banks, attempts to convince them to let you in despite the hundreds of people still inside will be futile. Plus points for the convenient ATM spots and the deposit machine inside. Other than that, there are plenty other BPI branches. Better yet, other banks. I would recommend Security Bank about 500m away on the same highway.

Since there no option to change the phone number online or on you app. I went to a nearby BPI. Just to change a phone number. I took me more than an hour? Really. It would be better. Sana may option na lang online or sa app diba.
