worst bank to deal with customer service upfront so slow and so disappointing not friendly atmosphere

One of the worst branches of BPI in terms of waiting time, which is saying something, since all BPI branches are notorious for long waiting time. Not recommended to open accounts at this branch if you really need to open a BPI account.

STOOD THERE FOR TWO HOURS AND TWENTY MINUTES JUST TO DEPOSIT WHICH ONLY TAKES LESS THAN TWO MINUTES. HERE'S A SUGGESTION TO THEM: - build a 2nd floor for a cinema since it's enough for 1 movie for 1 transaction - another floor for bunk beds and cafeteria for those who'd like to rest or are hungry - another floor for amusement stuff BUT SERIOUSLY, WHAT THEY NEED TO DO IS REPLACE THEIR BRANCH MANAGER WITH SOMEONE WHO IS COMPETENT. Can't even think of adding tellers. Asking/giving clients next in line forms to fill up to save time. Using narrow benches to accomodate more clients. TV showing informative stuff. I have more useful ideas if they want.

Not a good experience. The service is so slow it took me 1 hour just to get my debit card.
