I'd like to give 5 starts for the first time I was here. Excellent service with very friendly staff, excellent food for the price paid. I even recommended the place to a lot of friends and relatives. But for the second time that I went here with my family, I'd give them just 4 stars (still a good rating tho). Service isn't that good. We had to ask multiple times for our orders. We all ordered unli wings and rice so everyone's supposed to get each of what ever's included in the meal but they only gave the wings. We had to ask for rice which they only serve one cup. So again we asked for 4 more because there were 5 of us. Then we had to ask for the dip which is supposed to be included too. Again, they only gave one, but THERE WERE 5 OF US. Plus, the first batch of wings weren't served completely. There were 5 of us, so there should be 5 sets of wings with two flavors for each person. We only got 8. Take note, we were the only costumers that time. Ending, we looked like makulit demanding costumers when in the first place they should have served our complete orders so we won't have to ask multiple times. This is just an honest review of what actually happened when we were there. This is not to criticize them, I STILL AM A FAN OF TOMATO CANNON. Just hope this won't happen again.

You guys are absolutely off to a great start. There are few things that need to be improved but hey, this is a totally original concept and you're just on your first week so it's just reasonable that some stuff are rough around the edges. Congratulations on your first week. Loved the Tomato Lemonade so much!!! The crew are so friendly and welcoming. I'll be back one of these days.
