Nice pharmacy. I love their friendly atmosphere

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! My friend paid P414.25 thru GCASH. She already received a confirmation message that her Gcash acc. had a deduction of the said amount; unfortunately, the cashier said it didn't go through and that it was invalid. They didn't let my friend take the products SHE FREAKIN' PAID FOR, even with text message proving that her acc. got deducted. They didn't even try fixing the issues in their computer. They just told my friend that they wouldn't allow her to take the products, and had her leave empty handed with no way of getting the money back.

this happened to me twice already same store. they will provide you the meds and receipt first so if you are in a rush after you received the items you will then go but failed to notice that they did not gave any change yet. I hope this is not a modus. because in other store you have to wait for the next day to get the change after the audit but here when i came back they provided me the change right away after claiming i did not get my change
