If there is something lower than 1 star, i would definitely choose that! I had to consult this place multiple times just to check the options best for me. The lady that works here is extremely arrogant. Each time i had to go back, i always hope there’s someone else i could talk to because of the terrible experience she’s given me. Whenever i ask her if she can check something properly for me, she would tell me the same line with a very insulting face everytime “sorry these options are expensive, I can’t really check them for you because it would depend if you can afford it or not” It is very disappointing to have people like her in our visa consultancy industry. Never willing to help, lazy and rude.
