Globe

So bad. I paid through 711 and the bill amount is still showing on the app. I went back to the globe officey at Rob and they are closed at 6? Why does it say 9 pm then? I tried calling many numbers and messaging on fb. I dont know how else to contact. No customer service at all. I shouldnt be surprised, but it is such a hassle having to go back and forth just to pay the bill.

The telecommunication services in general in Philippines are among the worst in the world! Very slow if available. Frequently no service at all. Philippines is considered as second worst after Afghanistan! What a reference! Equipment are not responding to demand by far. But almost no one complains. If you do it at this office the usual answer is: sorry, Sir. If you insist they say: we cannot do anything it's Manila! Easy excuse but unbelievably bad service and attention to customers who pay high prices for bad service. Some collaborators are even arrogant, on which ground.

The store opens at 10am but it's already past 10:30am, they're still not opening even if there's already a lot of people in line. They don't even have proper lines so a lot of people just cut and they don't even bother.

Customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced. They lock you into a two year contract minimalize your service throttle your download speed, they are not that knowledgeable when it comes to troubleshooting have to send a technician every single time meaning that you are sitting waiting for Globe. Your communications is a legacy system ........ If you can go with fiber optics that’s what I would do pay the extra money so you don’t have the headache for two years of dealing with globe telecommunication.

This is the 2nd globe shop after cebu they do NOT have extra sim for globe at home lte modem. On their site just says "go to globe shop to have an extra sim to replace an expired one"...... Not true! Globe sucks....
