I love their computer system, their pharmacy staff and the cashier. Guards are respectful and polite. No problems with the nurses. ❤️❤️❤️

One of the worst hospital in Davao. Might as well magpa admit sa Davao Doc or Brokenshire.

WORST HOSPITAL. TOO OVERPRICED. If your a patient, Please do not admit yourself here, it only looks clean because no one wants their service.I know its tempting to go here because the other hospitals are FULL but trust me, they are full because they provide better service. Avoid this place at all costs if you dont want to waste your time, effort and money. Worked here as an Nurse before (June 2020). Worst workplace ever and WORST HR ALSO. By all means do not work here. Also I noticed those who gave 5 Stars are EMPLOYEES. Also. they provide extra care only if you are a VIP PATIENT. if your not. sorry you have to pay the same amount but trash service.

my mom went to get seen in the ed with clear cut symptoms but was sent home with a diagnosis that its all in her head "psychosomatic" without looking at the labs what a joke of a hospital

My daughter was admitted on 01 Jan 2020 due to acute gastroenteritis with moderate dehydration. While I am aware of the poor nursing care of the hospital (based on the reviews and feedbacks from my family), I still put my hope and trust to admit my daughter here thinking that her case is not worst and might just be given proper care from everyone in the hospital. My first complain is during the admission process in the ER. My baby is healthy and so veins are difficult to detect. I appreciate the nurses who tried their best to search for the veins, yet still failed to insert the IV on both feet. I just don’t get the point of failing the IV insertion while they could have easily used the vein detector device to avoid this circumstance. I don’t simply get the point of letting the baby suffer while they could have avoided it on the first hand. Second complain is still about the IV insertion. As we know, babies move from left to right. And we also know that nurses have their routines on a daily basis- one of which they should be checking the baby’s IV from time to time. During the admission, I admit that nurses came to check but failed to check the IV inside which happens to be covered by a diaper. The video I kept is a clear manifestation that the baby did not receive a proper nursing care. The nurses might have given their best but not enough to avoid this negligence. Worst part is, when they removed the IV, we were never informed about the blister which have grown big days after. And now I must honestly say that I regret admitting my baby in this hospital given the poor nursing care. I will not ever admit anyone from my family again because of this traumatic experience. I hope that this would not happen again to anyone else.
