Walang available specialists. Last minute they will recommend means of treatment they are not even sure will work. And yes, you will be surprised when you get your bill. Bigla may extra charges you didn't even agree or requested in the first place. Same complaint nung guy na naunang nagbayad samin.

Expensive! Damn, one consultant even charged a PF of 1500 just for informing my mom that he was a referral! A case of misinformation since we agreed to have a specialist opinion before verifying if he was an accredited doctor for my mom's hmo. An honest mistake from us, we withdrew the referral because on hmo's terms, we will have to cash out our payment for the referred md upon discharge. So we opted to sign a waiver for the refusal. To our disbelief, upon discharge, we were charged for the professional fee. For what?

Nurses are polite and approachable (just some are not). The hallways are clean. Free hot water too. As for the semi-private room, it's good for its rate. The staff are okay.

Will never go back.. my son was taken in ER bec of high fever but no one is being helpful lots of questions and they want us to queue in some blood test no doctor is available to check my son, nurses are just chatting around.. this is emergency! We have to go out and take my son to Davao Doctors which we received far better treatment

ER nurses & chief/staff pharmacist are approachable. Like u really won't hesitate to ask questions.
