Totally unprofessional. Do not use this company. We did the Balicasag Island hopping tour. We were suppose to be picked up at 6am but the tricycle didn't arrive till 6.30. Paul Incon said the reason for the delay is because of the police checkpoint. But it turns out that the boat crew was suppose to pick us up using their motorbike. But because of the police checkpoints they cant use their motorbikes because they dont have a license. Paul Incon said it will take only 5 mins from our resort to the dock but it took almost 30 mins. We didn't start the tour till 7am. They advertise on their website they charge 1250php but that doesnt cover the cost to snorkel. It cost another 500php per person. And we also have to pay another 400php for the tricycle ride. It ended up costing 1950php per person. Paul Incon didn't disclose these hidden charges. And when I questioned him about these hidden charges he never replied back. Don't use this company.
