AirAsia is the worst airline in Asia for sure. They sell tickets for nonexistent flights and when you show up at airport they will tell you that your flight have been "delayed", they do this all day until they have filled up a flight to the max so they can save money. When you book tickets then you will see that they have so many timeslots for your flight, and you will think "Oh this is great, so many flights to choose from at my convenient time", but it's just to trick you in to buying tickets at their airline because they supposedly have flights at your most convenient time. SCAMMER AIRLINE!!!!

Tried to get assistance with changing the time of my flight, received no help and the person working there seemed it was more important to entertain her young child than it was to take a few minutes to help...extremely poor service for a professional company
