Poor service provided to clients. Epitome of a bureaucratic and non responsiveness of a government agency. Poor customer relations leaning towards tacky service.

The long queueing sometimes show a negative impact, though the guards and tellers are accommodating which can be expected in a government-support bank. Also, there are days in which the ATM has a long line of customers which can be depressing when you need cash.

ATMs were not functional. Had a direction to use the one in the city hall, still broken. 😔😢
