totally mangwartahay!!!!! pweeeeeeeee!!!!!!!

I expercience huge amount of bill even we don't have any service drop wires ang private post even meter but still they made my billing since 2010 up to 2016 be we don't have electricity since the typhoon pablo hit my home town...this is annoying...and the crazy employee who make my billing larg amount w/o wire coming to my house...how they invent my billing in such way they made me devil😈.some of the daneco montevista staff conclude that our meter was used by other person. How could it happen that our meter was inside in our house and no one knows that it was in my house.they're just pretending in many reason to defend thier corrupt practices..we just surrend our meter last july 16 2018 when the rehabilitation was done in the year of 2013 when the thyphon distroy the provinces.I was'nt there anymore at that time due to financial prblem bfor i left i hide my meter insedi our house and i konw that my meter was already damage by the flood and it was remove from the post were it was place due to strong wind. How they vmcan do this to me this is so sad to me as a victim hopping that the head of daneco could read this message of mine...and punish those corrupt employee.they have to shame on thier own to feed there family by wrong doing.
