For your early customers, you should have given them priority numbers, all those late comers were inserting not knowing there were people ahead of them. Even if the bank is close if you know someone has a transaction to do, immediately give it a priority number or line so it doesn't recognize the caught. Everything is going smoothly. We were the second to arrive but I was entertained finally. What can I do if people are anxious? Nothing. The guard was supposed to assist for the line or what, but they did nothing to prevent the shot. Improve your service, you have senior customers. Other services are okay and also they have a very accommodating branch manager. ❤️
