The most unsatisfying trip to a nail salon I’ve ever experienced! The staff botched a 800 peso mani pedi after giving them instructions along the way. Extremely disappointing. They were too busy talking among themselves and ignoring the clients. I was robbed of a good experience and my money’s worth. I won’t be back, all they can guarantee are poorly done service, air bubbles, and sore cuticles from a heavy hand.

No nail dryer available as per staff.krissha & joyce did not listen to instructions despite telling them 3x already!!! staff has cloged nose (colds) and yet did not wear mask while doing my manicure.She said they ran out of mask at the store.I even had to give her my own mask!!! (Smh) this branch has the Worst service among nailaholics salon.compared to ayala cebu and sm megamall.pls re-train your staff!!!

I had a bleeding nail during pedicure. Bleeding always equal to low rating. Tandaan nyo yan.

I'm giving 1🌠 their room for improvements. Their chair sheets are very nasty. The service was pretty fast but not properly cleaned, it's not worth the price. Yung nail polish nila limited shades lang, more on frosty which I am not fan of. And most of all they do not buff out of nails which need my nails. Will not recommend to anyone. I have enough experience. Hopefully they will be able to improve in the next months or years
