Chinatown Lai Lai Hotel

Old, needs renovation, restaurant was poor, free breakfast buffet was horrible, TV had basically rabbit ear service, street noise horrible, smoke from casino came up and into the room. Employees were the only good point.

the room was small and it had a cigarette smell, We can not sleep because of the noise coming from the outside of the room, room should be a soundproof or a quiet zone, so that the guest can relax and sleep well and lastly the wifi connection was so slow. but the hotel had a good customer service thumbs up for that
