Hitomi from Uni-Orient Travel agency. Acted very unprofessinal and left me and my crew of Elfs setting from 5:30 till 10:00 in the morning waiting for a schudled appearence that we where contacted to do for the above said Uni-Orient Travel agency at Pier 15, South Harbor on the morning of the 24th of Dec. then when she did tell me we where no longer doing the event she said and I quote, "I was also very stress to this last minute arrival of the cruise" unquote. Well Hitomi if your unable to handle the stress of you chosen field maybe you should look for a new line of work!
