I booked with them last April 16, 2016. After I paid the full amount, ang hirap na nilang ma-contact. After a week, they sent me a fake booking number for my air transfer and a fake voucher for the hotel that I'll be staying. Until now, I haven't received my refund and wala na din silang office sa Binondo.

We are waiting for the refund for our hotel. Hopefully Ronar Lastierre will stick to his words that our refund will be given on August 5-16,2015.( long wait) Don't be fooled
