The cashiers/staff dont know what the heating time for the microwavable food they have. I have to teach them how to heat it, but still failed to do so.

Usually busy place, full of people who just sit and enjoy or waiters. Convenient to buy and go. Great location to stop by. Complete with supplies and usual food and liquids (except pocari sweat). Their Cliqq machine isn't working most of the time (for Bills Payment, Cliqq points). What good is, this is the only 7-11 in the area or for most locations that I have been, with ATM machine inside (RCBC).

please orient your staff about your promo products..they don't know what their promoted product is, they ruin the image of the 7-11 staff itself when asked what item they are selling and what they don't know they should answer you first know the product of this promotion, especially the cashier who is on the front but with the security clerk he will ask if i am just a regular customer of 7-11 not even a branch but i can tell if i buy one 7 -11 of my top choices when I advertise on my wallet always when it comes to promos, always with staff who don't know what they are selling ... don't say it's close to sale so g .. FYI jan we are only recovering as a loyal customer since we do not always have a promotion!
