Shell is a good brand and is known for clean restrooms and well trained staff. However, I had a not-so-good experience one time. 3 crew members failed to take the initiative to help. Drove by the station with an under inflated tire. Went staight to the air/water station. Saw 3 crew members on their phones but no one offered to help. I know it is not a big deal cause I can take care of it myself. Am just saying that it was a missed opportunity.
