Hyundai - Naga City

The sales Dept 4 Star. The Service Dept 0 Stars. Average 2 Stars. We purchased our first Hyundai from this dealer about 13 years ago. I took our H100 in for 30,000 Km PM last week. The service Dept was again not capable of completing the requested work in time. I added 2 additional work to the R.O. A Differential Oil change and to inspect and repair the interior dome Light under warranty. I arrived at 1:47 PM for 2:00Pm appointment. The service advisor handed to me a document for signature indicating 4:00PM promised return time which also indicated 5 LTRS of Differential oil to be used for a differential that requires just 1.6Ltrs of Oil??? I even showed this to him in the Owners Manual. Yet he kept insisting its "JUST IN CASE"!!?? I asked, JUST IN CASE OF WHAT?? I demanded the quantity of oil to be used be changed to correct quantity. A price difference of P810.00. Come 5:18PM I'm the last Client left in the dealership waiting for my promised "4PM RETURN TIME" Vehicle. Finally, I'm presented with the Paper with completed list of work. Differential oil change?? NOT COMPLETE!! OUT OF STOCK OIL. The Dome Light? Not checked or repaired! Why?? The Technician went home!! Was the answer!! But on the Final document it indicated all lights were checked and OK?? They had the vehicle for 3and 1/2 Hours. Yet not capable of completing less work than requested. However, They are very capable of keeping the vehicle for extended time with less work Performed! When buying a vehicle from this dealer, one is presented with a document to sign from HARI,Warning that, warranty maybe VOIDED and/or Cancelled if all services are not completed by this HARI dealership. Perhaps, HARI should ensure the service Dept do have the same capability and commitment to serve the CUSTOMERS before demanding such commitment from its customers!!

I love Hyundai Naga, very accomodating the service is good, if you need their helps the maintinance system is great.
