One of the member of the staff is very rude. I was just asking to check if I put the correct phone number on the log in sheet and she snatched the log book and dictated to me in a very unprofessional way the phone number listed on the log book. This is my first time in this branch and they already gave me the wrong impression. I used to go to lay bare pearl plaza Ortigas and their treatment there is way way better than what I experienced here.

Less line compared to the other major malls and the staff are kind to customers, they are approachable. Service is superb depending on the staff assigned to you. Thumbs up!
