It was my first time receiving a foot spa so I don’t know if what they are doing are “standard foot spa” procedures.
The place is well lighted and the music played is very millennial. Staff are accommodating and professional.
Overall, I find my foot-spa experience very relaxing and worth it. Will definitely do it again anytime soon.
nails and spa are okay. Waxing is horrible. I’ve done Brazilian wax and it’s horrible experience. Not a first time client in waxing so I was really expecting the outcome would be great. The practice was so messy, and the outcome was so bad. Had burning sensations all throughout and hot wax was just everywhere! I hope they could train staff better. The one who did my waxing was apologetic but the person at the front gave me a look like it’s my first time.. poor customer service, poor waxing service! I’ll wait for a while see if there are any lacerations and will def file a complaint.
