Ford Global City

In 2016 I got my Ford Everest. I was happy till I had problems here and there, but the reason why I give a 1 star rating is the costumer after care service. I’m very disappointed because after they’ve done the sale, they don’t contact you anymore. I got my plate number today(after 5 years) and not a single call from Ford Global to tell me that my plate is already available, and they know that i have been following up. I’m writing this review not to ruin Ford Global, but I hope that they can improve on this matter.

No customer service from Mrs. Rai loyo. Waited over 1 month for simple information about a car model, still have not received any. So i decided to go to another branch.

Went to parts department. Waited 10 minutes for an employee to show up. Gave my request, he fumbled with the computer and after 5 long minutes I had to show a photo of the part I requested. Fumbled again with the computer and said the part is obsolete even though it is widely available in the States.. I asked for a compatible part, did not know how to find a compatible part!! Obviously not a parts expert serving in the parts department. Very disappointed!!

Very accommodating and have after sales services... Go come and visit...

Nice place if only you have money to buy something or repair something
