Aside from the cheap pruce there is nothing good on this hotel, the room are not well cleaned particularly the bathroom its dirty, airconditioning is the worst, its hot as hell (just kiding)it needs improvement and the towel oh god my floor mat at home would be so much cleaner than their towel, i dare you to use it in your skin, rhere are other hotel around the area that you can book but this hotel must be the last on your list

Single bed room ranges between 300 to 600 pesos while 2 beds range 400 to 750. Single bed with balcony is 350 in the 4th floor plus 100 deposit for towel & 100 for remote for tv. It is clean & overlooking a big canal. The lobby is great. Needs enhancement on d ff: elevator must be installed, flyers should be available; deposit fee is not practiced in great hotels; staff need personality development; should apply for ISO 9001 for better hotel accommodations.
