Delivering the item is good. I was in search of a specific item that they have. Went to several of their branches and asked, it was not available apparently. Finally, I went to their main branch in Taguig. Customer service was really poor. I know that during this time, manpower is scarce; but nobody was courteous enough to inform me and the others to wait for a little. Eventually, someone assisted me and I told them the dimensions I needed, so they said they are going to check. they left me for a good 15mins or more just to comeback to me and inform me that it is not in stock (is the inventory not entered in a database? does it need to be checked manually?). Now, with the information, they offered me of a different item which is not on the dimension that I specified (why offer something that you know it would not fit?). then later on, they offered me the item im looking for (I thought its not in stock? are they hoarding this?) it is being offered personally by their staff? are the staff having their own stock and resell it? Eventually, I just decided to purchase online. I got the item. Great item. Its just the staff that needs to have more manners and training.
