Polanko chicken express should orient the staff of any branch here in Tagum City because when I eat my dinner @ Polanko I am not happy for what I saw! Some of your staff are pulling eyebrows beside the frying Pan which can cause a hazard in food or contaminant in the chicken, hair contaminant to be exact, THEY SHOULD WEAR HAIR NET WHEN THEY SERVE THE FOOD TO THE CUSTOMER. Polanko Chicken Express should orient their staff about GNP in the food process procedure and evaluate their work and their uniform if they are presentable to the customer... FOOD SAFETY MUST BE THE PRIORITY. Food Safety involves everybody in the food chain. I hope this message can be a wake up call to your food safety.
