La Carlota branch is well done, however the long queue is sometimes unbearable. Shades not enough or the atm machine.

The teller who assisted me seemed to be very accomodating and kind. However, when I requested to encash my cheque from my client, they still have to scan and email it to the issuing branch, and wait for the verification of signature. I waited for almost an hour. This is my first time transacting with them. It would have been better if they have the same system with BDO and BPI where you can encash cheque anywhere without so much hassle.
