Guillermo's Coffee

First time to be be here and I’m impressed with the ambience and their food. The staff were also accommodating and the wifi is good too. The food is above average in a way and their specialties are pasta and coffee especially their coffee drip. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood, a bit far from busy buzzing place of Iligan so it’s good place to unwind and have a coffee.

I was impressed on my first visit. Despite not having air conditioning it is still a nice place to hang out in. I wonder though, when I came back, the little decors on the shelves were gone and the chiller of cakes was empty. These little details added a whole lot to their charm so I hope they bring them back somehow.

Guillermo’s is situated in a quiet spot in Pala-o. The ambience is good but it would have been better if the place was air-conditioned. It’s hot even if we were seated at the outside section at night. There was also an unpleasant smell wafting in our area, I think a mix of toilet and kitchen smells. The pros here are: they use paper straw instead of plastic, music selection is good and the staff are nice.

Delicious coffee, pasta, sandwiches and homemade desserts.

The coffee is heavenly so does its food. Two thumbs up!
