Good services, city proper access to plenty of convenience store and foodhouse but difficult to park

If Sanitarium or Mercy or Medical hospital is available, do not spend a single thought about Dr. Uy Hospital! Confined here by fate unfortunately! If there's an option for a zero star rating, I would never hesitate to give it. I was confident that our stay will just be perfectly fine. However, as they said, nothing in this world is constant except change...lol We're at suite 212, by far it's not as sweet as it is! You'll see cockroach both adult and young running around. As days passed by I'm emersed in the undeniable reality! One knocks and said, "sir manglimpyo ko sa CR," without any cleaning stuff except for a pair of hand gloves. He closed the door and after 10-15 seconds, gets out. I thought that was quick! Two days straight and he did the same. On 4th day, Albatross was replenished in the CR. Amazing!!! One male nurse knocks hard on the door in the middle of the night while we're trying to get sleep, goes into their routine then leaves. When I checked my son, the thermometer was still stuck in his armpit! This happened 3 times. One tall female nurse entered the room and says my last name with emphatic tone. I thought may be she had a bad day but somehow everytime she enters it's how she is and most probably it's how she was and highly likely she's how she'll be. Be aware! Our doctor was disappointed to find no temperature charting on file. While normal circumstance needs normal attention, emergency cases requires quick, decisive response! Hospital deals with life. One mistake is too costly and I won'r risk an chance with my son. My disappointment burst out on the 4th night. An employee administered antibiotic and ranitidine to my son, after an hour he then was chilling, really chilling like never before. In a few minutes, his finger tips turned darker and darken. Two nurses came, I said, "nurse oxygen nurse, this is emergency." One nurse said, "kinahanglan kuhaon nato ang vital signs before ta mocontact sa og doctor for whatever action to take." I said, "OK" after 30 seconds my son was crying and it seemed he felt unbearable pain inside his belly. He was crying out aloud and they just said the same. Emergency cases requires quick, decisive response. These employees may have been so comfortable working for many years and considers the hospital an extension of their houses and they are the boss. When my wife complained at the nurse's station that the suppository was not giving help and requested for IV instead, the nurses look at her from head to foot. I realized that perhaps these nurses came from a well off family when they're attending collage since nursing course is expensinve. These people were not use to serve when they were younger and so when they became nurses, demanding something is an out of this world idea. I assumed they're thinking all patients only paid for the room, dextroze, needles, oxygen, etc... How you do your job matters most for me. If you're trying to administer antibiotic thru IV, you shouldn't push one full syringe at an instant. You call that CUSTOMER SERVICE. For the first time in 5 days, the resident doctor came, checked the vital signs of my son. In the past confinement, we've experienced doctors at CUMC, Sanitarium, Mercy hospital did it on a daily basis. Three positive thing shines in this hospital, one male nurse whom I think have been very helpful, informative, showed his concern and emphaty towards us. Only one among the many. God bless you sir! The second, is the always smilling food delivery incharge and lastly, the location of the hospital. What pains me is that, if we're getting this poor service while inside the "Suite room" how much more those patient at the ward section? :( It took us from 1pm - 7pm to get the billing. Some parents in queue were already waiting since morning. Releasing the billing is a slow snail. PS. Please refer to screenshots I took inside the facility. One piture showed their rugs for the Suite room and breakfast usually served. With the albatross replenishied on the 4th day of our stay. Inside the ref is not thoroughly cleaned.
