Very slow customer servicing.... If you want to contact them, even their specific department. they cannot answer directly. Too much price hike of their laboratories. But very POOR customer servicing.... Much better if you SHUTDOWN your HOSPITAL!!!!!!

Was not entertain when we approached ER for medical issues. We only need prescription for Shingles but was advice instead to see an Opthalmologist. By the looks of there eyes staring at us, they thought we have COVID..this is very unfortunate to think that the name of their hospital is MERCY..For me, they can be CALLED NO MERCY HOSPITAL .

They have world class standards and have the best facilities for health care.

Wasted an hour waiting for someone to pick up my call after being redirected to the ward (from the pharmacy)... Apparently, walay direct line sa ward ingun ang pharmacist...

Laboratory is good. Just ride 1-N from Iligan City. They have MRI, Bone denaity Scanners. Dimension Xpand Plus for Chemistry, Mindray BC6000 for Hematology, Vidas for Immunology.
