Best place to get your visa renewed if CdO is kind of far. Best park at Gaisano and walk.

Always full of people chatting together, looks like a reader's circle :D. They don't have a proper printer for taking photocopies(a government office?), you gotta go to printer shop. People always seem to be upset there, not very positive helpful attitude. Was there 3 times coz my visa and never really felt welcome. They didn't call me when my ID card arrived as we agreed. Very bad customer service. I will try to avoid this office in future.
